3. Additional Payment Terms
a. Payment Information
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, (iii) that you are authorized to use the payment method for payment of the purchase, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. BUSINESS GUIDE 4 YOU reserves the right to cancel and refund directly to the payment method without notification, any order that cannot be verified or that we determine, in our sole discretion, does not meet our security standards.
4. User Responsibilities

b. Representations
